Week 49 - Party Napper

This week started off with a birthday party for Baby A. It was much an event for Cassie as it was for the birthday girl. There were balloons, place settings (Cassie had her own name card!), party favours and many little people running around. There were also sparklers and a smash cake that Cassie was supposed to help destroy. Unfortunately, Cassie was so tired, that she feel asleep during the birthday singing, cake cutting/smashing and group photos.

At the party, Cassidy was not impressed that daddy was holding another baby, even if the baby was her BFF Baby A.

At the end of the week, Cassidy had yet another playdate with Baby A. They seem to recognize each other and played with the same toys.

Time sure flies that Baby A is already one years old and Cassidy is getting close. Here's a recap of the girls growing up in 2014:

On the daycare front, Cassie seemed to enjoy it more. Less crying, less being held by the teachers, more playing and even more destruction. Luckily, mommy and daddy don't need to clean up!
